You’ll step into a historic apothecary in the heart of Florence, where herbs, flowers and rare essences have shaped the city’s tradition of perfumery for centuries. Over ninety minutes, you’ll discover the world of Renaissance alchemists and apothecaries before creating a fragrance that is entirely your own.

The Experience

Inside a Historic Florentine Apothecary

Your experience takes place in an atmospheric artisan laboratory on Via Ghibellina, surrounded by glass bottles, essences and the tools of traditional perfumery.

You’ll be introduced to the history of fragrance in Florence and the Renaissance traditions that shaped the city’s approach to scent.

Discovering the Language of Scent

You’ll learn how a fragrance is built through top, heart and base notes before exploring different essences and choosing those that best reflect your own preferences.

With guidance throughout the process, you gradually create a personal composition entirely your own.

Your Own Florentine Fragrance

At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a 30 ml bottle of your own perfume, together with your individual Florentine formula and a certificate.

A coffee break with coffee, tea or water is also included.
