Saint-Tropez: Blend Your Own Provençal Wine
We spend a morning immersed in the art of Provençal winemaking, moving beyond simply tasting wine to create a blend of our own. After discovering the estate and tasting directly at the winery, we step behind the process ourselves, experimenting with different grape varieties until we find a balance that feels entirely personal.
The Experience
Behind the Winemaking
The morning begins with a guided visit through the estate and its winemaking spaces. Along the way, we taste wine directly at the winery and begin to understand the clarity, structure and character that shape a finished blend.
Creating Our Own Cuvée
With beakers and tasting glasses in front of us, we begin experimenting. Guided by the estate's wine experts, we discover the characteristics of different Provençal grape varieties, adjusting their proportions and exploring how each one changes the final wine.
From the Table to the Bottle
Once our blend feels complete, we compare our creation with those made by the other guests before having our own personalised bottle to take home. The morning finishes slowly over carefully selected charcuterie and cheese platters.

An Invitation
This is Provence experienced from the winemaker's side of the table. We taste, experiment and slowly find our own balance before leaving with a bottle that exists because we created it ourselves. Less a traditional wine tasting, and more a morning spent understanding what happens before a wine reaches the glass.
