Mallorca: From Garden to Table — A Private Team Experience in Nature

Set within the organic garden of Golf Son Muntaner, you step away from the usual company setting and into a quieter corner of Mallorca shaped by seasonal produce, open-air cooking and time spent together. The garden supplies the nearby restaurant and brings nature, sustainability and gastronomy into one relaxed setting designed for teams to reconnect outside the everyday routine.

The Experience

Beginning in the Garden

You start among the vegetable beds with an introduction to the garden and the seasonal organic produce available that day. The ingredients change with the rhythm of the garden, keeping the experience closely connected to the season and to the place itself.

Harvesting & Cooking Together

Divided into teams, you move between different culinary stations, harvest ingredients from the garden and prepare a selection of starters and main courses. Throughout the experience, the culinary team is there to guide and support you.

Around the Buggy BBQ

The dishes are finished on the outdoor Buggy BBQ before everyone gathers for a shared tasting. To end the experience, the best creation of the day is awarded the Na Capitana Prize, adding a light sense of competition to an otherwise relaxed afternoon together.

Beyond the Experience

For groups wishing to make more of the afternoon, curated beverage packages can be added at an additional cost. The options range from Spanish wines, cava, beer, soft drinks, water and coffee to a KM0 selection featuring Mallorcan wines or a more premium wine package. Personalised aprons and hats can also be arranged at an additional cost.

This is team building at a slower pace. You harvest, prepare and cook together in the open air, letting the garden set the rhythm of the afternoon. What begins as a shared challenge becomes time to talk, collaborate and enjoy a meal created together in the Mallorcan countryside.
