We settle into the peaceful farm setting as sunset approaches, surrounded by nature and away from the busier streets of Rovinj. The evening is designed as a private Istrian moment, with the experience running from early evening until late—leaving plenty of time to slow down rather than move through a formal restaurant service. 

A Private Chef & Local Ingredients

At the heart of the experience is a multi-course meal prepared by a private chef. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients guide the menu, with the cooking rooted in the flavours and homemade traditions of Istria. Rather than a fixed tasting detached from its surroundings, the dinner connects what is served at the table with the region and its seasonal produce.

As daylight fades, we simply stay at the table—sharing dishes, conversation and the quiet atmosphere of the countryside. The experience is intentionally personal, bringing together food, nature and warm hospitality for an evening that feels closer to being welcomed into an Istrian home than dining at a conventional restaurant.
