The Experience

Cooking Together in the Countryside

On arrival, the group is divided into smaller teams, each with its own paella pan, ingredients and cooking station. Professional chefs guide us through the process, from preparing the ingredients to building the flavours and cooking everything over the fire.

A Little Friendly Competition

The workshop can be turned into a light-hearted team challenge, with each group creating its own version of the perfect paella. Once the pans are ready, the dishes are tasted together and a winning team can be chosen.

From Cooking to the Table

After the workshop, everyone gathers around the table to enjoy the freshly prepared paellas together. An aperitif, dessert, wine, sangria and water complete the meal, turning the experience into a relaxed countryside lunch or early evening celebration.
