Ibiza: A Vineyard & Winery Tour with Local Wine Tasting

You'll leave the coast behind and head into Ibiza’s countryside for a closer look at the island’s organic winemaking traditions. Surrounded by vineyards near Sant Antoni, we explore the estate and winery before settling in for a tasting of local wines accompanied by traditional island flavours.

The Experience

Among the Vineyards

We begin with a guided walk through the organic vineyards, discovering how Ibiza’s Mediterranean climate and landscape influence the grapes grown here. Along the way, we learn more about the estate’s approach to ecological farming and its connection to the land.

Inside the Winery

The experience continues inside the winery, where we follow the journey from grape to bottle and learn about the production of the estate’s wines and other local specialities.

A Taste of Ibiza

After the tour, we sit down for a tasting of three wines — white, rosé and red — followed by a taste of traditional Hierbas Ibicencas. Local cured meats, cheeses, traditional bread and organic extra virgin olive oil are served alongside.
