Ibiza: A Sunset Beach Picnic with Champagne

You'll make our way to Ibiza’s western coast for an intimate picnic overlooking the sea, arriving as the afternoon light begins to soften. With the setting prepared for us, food from the hotel’s chefs and a bottle of champagne to share, the experience is designed around one of the island’s simplest pleasures: watching the sun disappear beyond the Mediterranean. 

The Experience

A Hidden Picnic by the Sea

We follow a sunset map towards a secluded picnic setting near the cliffs and beaches surrounding Sa Collinera. Everything needed for the experience is prepared in advance, leaving us to settle in, open the champagne and enjoy the coastline as evening approaches. 

A Picnic Prepared for the Evening

We can choose from three different picnic selections created by the chefs. Options include Strawberry Crush, with chocolate-covered strawberries and local pastries, or Raw-some, featuring sushi and fresh raw bites. A bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial accompanies the picnic. 

Sunset on the Western Coast

As the light begins to change, there is nowhere else we need to be. The final part of the experience is simply about staying where we are — sharing food, raising a glass and watching one of Ibiza’s famous sunsets unfold over the sea.
