Engadin: A Scenic Alpine Lunch with Local Flavours
Settle into the quiet of Engadin, where Alpine flavours, old mountain traditions and the clear Engadin light create an unhurried afternoon around the table.
The Experience
In the Upper Engadin, between clear mountain lakes and the surrounding peaks, lunch takes on a slower rhythm. We gather in a historic Swiss stone-pine parlour, where people have shared food for generations, or, when summer weather allows, outside on a sheltered garden terrace beneath mature trees.
The cooking remains closely connected to the mountains, drawing on traditional recipes while allowing room for thoughtful contemporary touches. Freshness and regionality guide the kitchen, with high-quality produce sourced as much as possible from Switzerland and close relationships maintained with smaller local producers. Rather than treating lunch as a pause between activities, we allow it to become the afternoon itself—a table, good food and time to enjoy the particular stillness and light of the Engadin.

An Invitation
There is a quiet pleasure in allowing lunch to become the centre of the day. Surrounded by the mountains of the Engadin, we make space for regional cooking, ingredients chosen with care and recipes shaped by generations of Alpine tradition. Whether beneath old trees in the summer garden or within the warmth of a historic parlour, this is a moment simply to eat well, linger and enjoy where we are.
We look forward to welcoming you.
