Andalusia: A Nature-Led Countryside Escape
Set within the rolling landscapes of Andalusia’s Serranía de Ronda, this countryside retreat offers a stay shaped by the natural world. At its heart is a 111-year-old cortijo surrounded by a 700-hectare farm, woodland, and wild landscape, where regenerative and biodynamic farming guide daily life. Rooms and suites combine natural materials with antiques, custom furnishings, and original artwork, while each day can unfold through the gardens, among the animals, along woodland paths, or simply at a slower pace.
A Farm That Follows the Seasons
This is a place where the landscape is not simply a backdrop to the stay, but part of it. Vegetable gardens provide seasonal produce, while a medicinal garden holds hundreds of species of healing and edible plants. Olive trees, fruit trees, vineyards, animals, and woodland all form part of an interconnected approach to farming, guided by biodiversity, soil health, and regeneration. Guests have access to the farm and gardens, with the opportunity to see more closely how the land is cared for.
From the Land to the Table
Meals follow a seed-to-plate philosophy, with much of the produce grown or raised on the farm and additional ingredients sourced from nearby producers who share the same values. Accommodation is offered on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, and snacks. The experience becomes a reflection of the seasons, shaped by what the gardens, animals, vineyards, and surrounding region provide.
In the Company of Animals
Animals are deeply woven into the life of the farm. Lusitano horses move through the landscape alongside Andalusian donkeys, while goats, sheep, hens, bees, geese, and other species contribute to the wider ecosystem. Optional experiences allow guests to spend more intentional time with them, from gentle walks alongside donkeys to horseback activities designed around different levels of experience.
Come close to the land, and let the days unfold from there.
