Sardinia: Create Your Own Wine with a Local Winemaker

You'll step inside a small Sardinian winery for a more personal way of discovering the island’s wine culture. Rather than simply tasting what has already been made, we work alongside the winemaker to blend different grape varieties and create a bottle that is entirely our own.

The Experience

Blend Your Own Sardinian Wine

We begin by exploring different grape varieties and learning how each one changes the character, structure and balance of a wine. Guided by the winemaker, we experiment with different combinations until we arrive at a blend that feels distinctly our own. 

Create a Personal Bottle

Once the final blend has been chosen, it becomes our own bottle of wine. The experience continues with the chance to design an imaginative, personalised label, turning the finished bottle into something we can take away as a memory of Sardinia. 

A Playful Introduction to Winemaking

The experience has been designed as an intimate activity for two, making it particularly lovely for couples. Instead of a formal tasting, the focus is on experimenting, learning and understanding how individual wines can be brought together to create something new.
