The Stay

A Historic House above the Gulf

We arrive at a building shaped by more than a century of history. Once a convent, the house still carries much of its original character, from its chapel and terrazzo floors to its broad marble staircase.

There is a sense of permanence here — the kind of place where the architecture becomes part of the stay rather than simply its backdrop. 

Rooms with Sea, Garden & Hill Views

The rooms and suites are set throughout the main house and surrounding annex, with outlooks towards the sea, the surrounding hills, the park or the pool.

For the most atmospheric version of the stay, the sea-view suite looks across the vineyards of La Croix-Valmer towards the Îles d’Or, bringing the landscape directly into the room. 

Slow Days by the Pool

The heated outdoor pool sits at the heart of the property, with loungers, parasols and garden surroundings that invite long, unhurried afternoons.

Breakfast can be taken on the terrace, while later in the day the poolside bar becomes a place for a cool drink before dinner. 

Provençal Evenings

The restaurant focuses on Mediterranean cooking with Provençal influence, using seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible.

Tables are arranged beside the pool, with a lighter atmosphere at lunch and a warmer, more refined setting in the evening.
