In the heart of Mallorca’s wine country, Finca Biniagual brings together its vineyards, working winery and historic hamlet. Your experience follows the estate’s wines from their origins in the landscape to a generous tasting at the Vinoteca, accompanied by traditional flavours from the island.

The Experience

A Vineyard Rooted in Mallorca

Finca Biniagual extends across approximately 170 hectares, with 34 hectares of vineyards surrounding the winery. The estate produces its wines exclusively from its own grapes, with particular attention given to the indigenous Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc varieties.

During your visit to the bodega, you learn about the estate’s ecological approach and the careful production of its wines before entering the areas used for fermentation and barrel ageing.

Through the Village of Biniagual

The experience continues through the historic Llogaret of Biniagual. You discover the story of the village while walking between its traditional buildings, garden and former winery—a quieter glimpse into the rural heritage that has shaped this part of Mallorca.

Six Wines at the Vinoteca

You conclude at the Vinoteca with six Finca Biniagual wines, ranging from Verán Blanc and Binimare Rosat to the estate’s expressive red wines, including Gran Verán and Mantonegro.

The tasting is accompanied by Mallorcan empanada, vegetable coca, island charcuterie, Balearic cheeses, Iberian ham and local brown bread. Olives, organic extra virgin olive oil and orange marmalade from the estate complete the table.
