The Experience

As evening settles over the Engadin, we leave the shore for a wonderfully simple dinner on the water. The experience unfolds aboard a boat, with the surrounding mountains and glaciers forming the backdrop as we travel slowly across the lake. 

Dinner celebrates one of Switzerland's most comforting traditions: warm melted raclette accompanied by a glass of white wine. We eat as daylight gradually disappears behind the mountains and the lights around the lake begin to glow. There is little else competing for our attention—just the movement of the boat, good food, wine and the changing Alpine landscape.
