Costa Brava: A Mediterranean Farmhouse Escape

In the countryside, we settle into a restored 18th-century Catalan farmhouse surrounded by gardens and the landscapes of the Costa Brava. The feeling is distinctly rural yet never far removed from the Mediterranean, with light-filled spaces, old-world character and an easy connection between indoors and out. Days here can be as still or as exploratory as we choose: breakfast overlooking the greenery, a quiet afternoon by the water, time devoted to wellness, or a journey beyond the estate towards medieval villages and the coast.

Between Countryside and Coast

We are surrounded by a gentler side of the Costa Brava, where the landscape stretches through open countryside towards historic villages and the Mediterranean beyond. It gives the stay a sense of space and seclusion while leaving the wider region within reach.

When we feel like venturing further, optional experiences allow us to discover more of the landscape by bicycle, visit nearby villages or spend time along the coast. Private sailing experiences are also available for seeing the Costa Brava from the water.

Space to Slow Down

Wellness feels naturally at home in this quiet setting. We can move between the heated indoor pool, water circuit, sauna and relaxation spaces, or spend time outdoors beside the gardens and pool when the weather invites it.

Treatments are available separately for those who want to make rest a more intentional part of the stay, while sunrise yoga offers a softer way to begin the day. There are also tennis and padel courts for mornings when we would rather move than remain still.

Days Without a Schedule

Perhaps the most appealing part of staying here is how easily the days can remain open. We can stay close to the farmhouse and gardens, disappear into the spa for an afternoon, or head for cycling, wine, art and the coast.

Nothing requires us to experience everything. We can simply choose what feels right that morning and allow the landscape to set the pace.
