A Visit to the Goat Farm

Our experience begins among the grazing goats in the countryside of Lluçà. During a guided visit, we discover the everyday rhythms of farm life, learning how the animals are cared for, how the surrounding fields are cultivated and how traditional farming practices shape the family's work. The farm follows a sustainable philosophy, making thoughtful use of its own natural resources.

The Art of Traditional Cheesemaking

The visit offers an introduction to the craft behind the farm's artisan cheeses. We learn about the work carried out in the dairy and how milk from the grazing herd is transformed into cheeses through traditional methods. It is an opportunity to appreciate the care, knowledge and connection to nature behind each product.

A Taste of the Catalan Countryside

The experience concludes with a tasting of the farm's own raw goat's milk cheeses. Surrounded by the quiet landscape, just a short distance from the Romanesque monastery of Lluçà, we discover the flavours of locally produced cheese and the simple pleasure of tasting something made so close to its origins.
