In the heart of Bali, we settle into a relaxed European-inspired wine setting for an evening shaped by thoughtful pours and artisan flavours. Local and international wines meet cheeses made in Bali, creating an intimate tasting experience that feels polished yet wonderfully unhurried.

The Experience

A Curated Wine Flight

We begin with a wine flight, exploring a selection from a cellar of more than 25 local and international varieties. The wider collection spans reds, whites, rosé, sparkling wine and Champagne, with bottles originating from Indonesia as well as France, Italy, Australia, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, Spain and the USA.

Wine, Cheese & Chocolate

Alongside the wines come carefully chosen pairings. Wine flights can be accompanied by locally sourced artisan cheeses and chocolate, allowing us to move between each glass and discover how different flavours complement one another.

A Grazing Board to Share

For a longer evening, grazing boards bring together artisan cheeses, charcuterie and fresh crudités. Ingredients are selected with an emphasis on seasonal and organic produce, while local farmers and cheesemakers form an important part of the food offering. Vegan artisan cheeses made locally in Ubud are available too.

As the afternoon gives way to evening, we slow down over a sequence of wines, artisan cheese and small, carefully chosen pairings. It is an intimate pause from Bali's tropical rhythm—a few hours devoted simply to tasting, sharing and discovering something new, one glass at a time.
